Question: is anyone else getting lots of spam comments today or is it just me?

Spam huh? Maybe lj is being attacked again.

Others have been getting database error messages. My lj is just really slow.

Spambot journals. I kept getting the same "comment" on lots of entries from lots of newly created journals. Trying to delete and report when LJ is going so slowly = 9th circle of hell!

If it fucks up for livestream!Adam tonight I'm gonna get sooooooo mad! You may be able to hear the tantrum in australia.

LJ tried not accepting anonymous servers for awhile which have meant not allowing people in China, Iran, etc access. They were dissuaded by a bunch of American users. They'll just have to find another way to fend the spammers off.

*g* I think its a fair trade for me to delete a few comments if it means people around the world can access it.
