Fantastic story where Jared falls instantly falls in love with deaf!Jensen. But, oh no, he’s with David Boreanaz. What’s a boy to do? Jared’s voice is so funny and wonderful in this. “Too pretty. Never trust the pretty. Pretty always ended badly. Helen of Troy. Perfect example. David and Jensen were going to result in the downfall of a country. Or LA, at the very least."

The stories are California Shadows, followed by Lights are Changing and then Like Vines. Jared goes on vacation and meets a broken Jensen.

I would really like to read more of this story but, unfortunately, it's not updated very often. Poor Jensen is struggling to raise his nephew when he meets successful businessman Jared.

The Things We Don't Expect by queencria
Wonderful story where Jensen enters into a real and loving relationship with Jeff, after he's dumped by Jared. This story is beautifully written and structured and every sentence hits the mark.
