It makes me feel better to know i'm not the only one pondering! I haven't seen Inception yet [despite hearing good things, but 3hrs without nicotine is a no for me] but from what I can gather quite a big fandom for that sprung up pretty quickly. So I guess a lot of people felt compelled by it.
Hahaha. that is an IMMENSE amount of SPN love. I don't think I love it that much, but I have written fic [or at least a j2 one]. Strange indeed!
Interesting. I've only really written 2 fics [both j2] but I don't think those were my reasons. I think I just wanted to be 'involved' and then I had an actual idea so...But I like that we all might come to it differently.
