You have to read splashpinks Louder than Words 'Verse. Jensen's deaf due to some kind of illness and Jared and David (Boreanaz from Angel/BtVS) fight for him/over who get's him. It's just so good and splashpink as always masters the seriousness of the situation, but still retains some fun in all this.
